We are a TÜV Rheinland onsite-verified supplier with CCC certification. Products are inspected before shipment. Specific warranty terms (period, coverage, claim procedure) are stated in the formal quotation or contract. Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, normal wear, or modifications.
